We have had many concerned enquiries as to why we are selling our beautiful property. Please rest assured there are no family health issues and it is not due to any financial concerns. As you all know we initially built here with the plan of basing here for a very, very long time. As you are all also aware we are very dedicated to our competition careers and this is our primary reason for our current planned change in tactics. We are however aware that the current economic climate is not at its peak and of course if we do not sell the property, we will continue to operate in our current manner. So once again, thank you for all your concern and we look forward to catching up with you all again soon.
